Installation & TrainingUpon arrival at the site, our after-sales engineers will oversee the installation and commissioning of the equipment. During the commissioning phase, we will simultaneously provide on-site training for the operating staff, covering the equipment’s principles, operation, daily maintenance, upkeep, repairs, and installation procedures;

Ongoing Professional After-Sales SupportOnce the equipment is operational, a designated after-sales engineer will continuously monitor its performance to prevent and resolve any unexpected issues. The engineer will maintain detailed records of the equipment’s operational status, energy consumption per unit, progress, and routine maintenance, as well as analyze the construction process. This allows for proactive assessment of the equipment’s condition, ensuring that any abnormalities are promptly reported and addressed.

Efficient and Prompt Repair ServicesThe company has established offices in major cities such as Guangzhou, Wuhan, and Nanjing, enabling us to provide customers with efficient and prompt repair services. Upon receiving your inquiry regarding product quality (via phone, text message, WeChat, email, fax, etc.), we will respond immediately. If the issue cannot be resolved right away, we will get back to you within half an hour. For on-site service requests, we guarantee arrival within 4 hours in the main urban areas of Ningbo, Wuhan, Guangzhou, and Nanjing; within 6 hours within Zhejiang Province; within 24 hours in other major provincial capitals; and within 48 hours in remote areas with limited transportation access.
