On the morning of December 26, a delegation from the First Engineering Co., Ltd. of China Railway No. 11 Bureau Group, led by Mr. Liang Shuibin, visited Zhongrui Heavy Industry (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") for an inspection and guidance tour.
